Podcast Episode 013: Dana Kirchoff

WELCOME to SEASON TWO!

We are so excited to launch the first episode of our second season of the Blueprint Schools podcast. Today’s guest is…me! I trade the host’s seat for the hot seat and let my husband (and Blueprint Schools teammate) Ryan Kirchoff take over the mic. We had tons of fun in this conversation, and we’re excited to share it with you.

In today’s podcast, we discuss three BIG topics:

  1. The two realities every school leader and educator balances,

  2. A simple question that helps keep that balance,

  3. And shift that Blueprint Schools is making in the new year to help with that balance, too.

We hope this episode encourages you, sparks ideas, and gives you confidence to move forward in your own school and role. And we hope you share it with a friend, teammate, or fellow educator.
